Project Management
Our Agriculture and Food (Agri-food) team provides specialist management services to deliver large-scale agribusiness projects and frameworks for public and private sector clients. Much of this work is based in the UK, but we also manage projects in a range of international markets.
- Project managers are typically from a consultancy background, either in food or agriculture, and have a real empathy for the client as well as in-depth knowledge of the client's business environment.
- Our project leaders are senior professionals and hold recognised industry qualifications in project management such as Prince2.
- We operate an internal quality assurance programme and are accredited with ISO 9001 certification. The business is currently applying for Investors in People accreditation.
- We work with other Promar farm staff and a group of selected specialist associates to deliver a wide range of projects.
